As a Revit Specialist, you will be developing and maintaining existing conditions for the campus of an important client. This work will help you to understand how MEP/FP systems work and how these systems interact with the architectural and structural components of all buildings.

As a Revit Specialist, you will be developing and maintaining existing conditions for the campus of an important client. This work will help you to understand how MEP/FP systems work and how these systems interact with the architectural and structural components of all buildings.
Some Of Your Responsibilities Include The Following
- Create 2D and 3D electronic design plans for mechanical, electrical, and/or structural systems including, duct systems, piping systems, mechanical equipment and electrical equipment using AutoCAD and REVIT computer software
- Must have the ability to create and modify technical drawings and schematics from engineer markups using AutoCAD and REVIT
- Survey and document existing systems within Client buildings to be documented.
- Coordinate routing of ductwork, piping and miscellaneous components with other trades.
- Support Vanderweil’s Engineers and Designers
- Demonstrate required attendance and punctuality
- Will be client facing
- Associates degree or equivalent from a vocational training program or technical school
- Candidate should have good oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
- At least 2 years of working Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM/Revit extremely helpful
- Must have a customer service perspective with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients.
- The successful candidate should be self-sufficient, have strong computer skills, and be very detail oriented
- Must be proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Will be client facing and travel to client site is required via own vehicle
