We are seeking a Revit Specialist, you will be developing and maintaining existing conditions for the campus of an important client in Framingham, MA. This work will help you to understand how MEP/FP systems work and how these systems interact with the architectural and structural components of all buildings.
You will:
- Create 2D and 3D electronic design plans for mechanical, electrical, and/or structural systems including, duct systems, piping systems, mechanical equipment and electrical equipment using AutoCAD and REVIT computer software
- Must have the ability to create and modify technical drawings and schematics from engineer markups using AutoCAD and REVIT
- Survey and document existing systems within Client buildings to be documented.
- Coordinate routing of ductwork, piping and miscellaneous components with other trades.
- Support Vanderweil’s Engineers and Designers
Essential Background:
- 1 years of Revit
- Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a vocational training program or technical school
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and client.
- Will be client facing and travelling to Framingham, MA site is required via own vehicle (mileage reimbursement)
- Hybrid Schedule of three days onsite per week split between client location in Framingham, MA and our headquarters in Boston Seaport District (3 minute walk from South Station).

This position has a salary range of $75,000 to $83,000 (ability to earn addition income with straight time after 40 hour week) depending on years of experience, licensure, skill sets and education.
