About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at VanDrie Home Furnishings as a Part-Time Warehouse Associate! In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their home furnishings on time and in perfect condition.


Responsibilities:

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise for quality and accuracy.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse inventory in an efficient manner.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries using forklifts and hand trucks.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following safety protocols.
• Prepare orders for shipment by packaging and labeling products appropriately.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Support other warehouse functions as needed to optimize workflow.
• General ground and maintenance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Valid forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Flexible availability for part-time shifts, including weekends.
