Vangarden is hiring a Post Processing Technician 3 to join our team Friday through Monday, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. This role is ideal for someone who's organized, dependable, and ready to take on a leadership role in post-harvest cannabis production. You'll be actively involved in trimming, bucking, sorting, inspections, and overseeing the dry and cure process. You'll also help guide the team by assigning daily tasks, training new members, and supporting smooth, efficient operations across all areas of Processing.
We're looking for someone with a high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. Experience in cannabis or production environments is a plus but not required-we're happy to train the right person with a great attitude and a strong work ethic. You should feel comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a physically active setting that involves bending, reaching, and using your hands for detailed, repetitive tasks.
In this role, you'll also assist in editing departmental SOPs, help build schedules and work closely with leadership to troubleshoot production issues and keep everything compliant.
