You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for process improvements and refine messaging strategies. Your ability to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities and staying ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic inside sales and marketing activities to engage and nurture prospects in healthcare, education, logistics, or other service-driven industries.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including email and outbound mailings, to nurture leads and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for process improvements and refine messaging strategies.
- Maintain high performance against goals and metrics, including setting appointments, qualified meetings, and activity goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or marketing roles, preferably in the commercial cleaning industry or business-to-business services.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Skilled and effective communication (written and oral) and listening skills.
- Highly proficient with technology such as CRM systems, MS Office Suite and marketing automation software.
