Tulsa-based national leader in regulatory compliance management seeks career-minded team player to work within an excellent IT/SQL environment. The IT/Digital age drives our expansion to nationwide markets, as thousands of companies must comply annually with over 60 Federal EPA/OSHA/DOT laws in the U.S., likewise Canada, all of which carry stiff enforcement penalties for noncompliance. Vanguard has multiple offices in the U.S. and is continually expanding.

Candidate Must Already Live in Tulsa Metro Area.

QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum 4* Years Work Experience in IT Environment)

· Networking Experience* - Network Security*

· Troubleshooting and Computer Maintenance for a staff of 30 / Help Desk*

· Familiarity with Microsoft client/server environment

· Operating Systems (Windows) Experience

· Hardware / Software / E-mail Servers & Outlook Experience

· Database Administration and Management

· Familiarity with Video Voice-Over Production thru YouTube Technology

· Group E-Mail Marketing Blasts

TEAM-ORIENTED JOB FOCUS

· Provide hardware/software technical support to corporate and national staff in several offices throughout the U.S.

· Resourcefulness to troubleshoot IT-related problems and provide solutions.

· Multi-tasking with time-sensitive projects to meet deadlines

· Proficiency as a Computer Technician with a be-of-service attitude

· Superior organizational and communication skills (written, verbal)

· Positive attitude & self-motivated with a passion for excellence

· Maintain proprietary databases

· Programming skills (optional, but a plus)

· Working knowledge with chemical hazards a plus (i.e., paints, acids, toxics, etc.)
