ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE REPRESENTATIVE
Accounts Receivable Representative, with 1 years of experience, needed by growing Fairfield County company. You will be responsible for assisting with the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, collections, reconciliation of accounts, and supporting a great Accounting/Finance team.
Responsibilities Include:
Preparing and issuing invoices and performing reconciliation of accounts
Processing incoming payments, applying them, and reconciling discrepancies
Interfacing with clients and vendors for discrepancies in shipments, invoices, and payments
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns and other reports
Maintaining documentation in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
PLEASE HAVE:
Microsoft Office Skills and proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred but not required
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to AR
