What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patent Litigation Associate position at Vanguard-IP?
A 500 attorney law firm recognized in The 2023 “Best Law Firms” edition. The Nationally-ranked practices and Metropolitan Tier 1 honored groups include, but are not limited to the firm’s patent litigation and patent law practices.
The firm represents many pharmaceutical companies on the generic side in Hatch-Waxman litigation matters.
The firm considers their patent litigation and patent law groups as high priority practice groups.
REQUIREMENTS
A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or a related field, and experience with depositions, expert reports, and discovery management are preferred. Experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation is a plus.
