About the Role:

Vanguard Logistics Services is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in selling international freight services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in logistics, offering an expansive suite of services, including FCL, LCL, Air, domestic transportation, innovative technology applications, and value-added services.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, working to achieve quarterly sales targets while delivering exceptional logistics solutions to clients.

What You will Be Doing:

  • Directly identify, initiate, and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Develop new business across our core service offerings, generating profitable revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve quotas and budgeted goals.
  • Collaborate closely with local, regional, and international operations teams to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Present comprehensive logistics solutions tailored to clients’ supply chain requirements.
  • Research and qualify prospects, develop entry strategies, and generate new business leads.
  • Provide innovative transportation and supply chain solutions for customers.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Proven history of success in selling to new customers and achieving results in a commission-based environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of freight forwarding sales experience required.
  • Experience with import FCL services is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
  • Adaptability to address client needs in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while consistently identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Passion for personal and professional development, team collaboration, and training.
