Job Description and Requirements
- Complete projects according to work orders in a timely and professional fashion.
- Lead a crew of contractors (3 minimum).
- Ensure flooring crew is wearing Vanguard Painting Services branding while on-site.
- Complete residential projects.
- Provide details and images of previous work.
- Ability to Install, Repair, and Demo flooring.
- Basic Flooring Equipment.
- Customer service oriented.
- Take photos/videos during on-site interior/exterior projects. (Optional, Bonus Included)

Pay: $39,500.00 - $65,500.00 per year
