We are currently recruiting for Lead Administrative Support Assistants for a variety of upcoming opportunities. Key Responsibilities : Oversee and guide a team of administrative support assistants, ensuring efficiency and quality in daily office operations.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives or teams.Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external communication.
Coordinate office logistics, including maintaining office supplies and overseeing vendor relationships.Assist in the creation and implementation of office procedures and best practices.
Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality across all administrative functions.Serve as the point of contact for resolving complex administrative issues or concerns.
Assist with data entry, maintaining databases, and generating reports as required.Organize and manage special projects, team events, or initiatives.
Provide ongoing training and support for junior administrative team members.Support leadership with ad-hoc administrative duties and tasks as needed.
Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a small team.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to adapt quickly and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
