General Statement of Job
This position provides operational, accreditation, graduate programs, and other support services to faculty in the Plaster School of Business. This position will manage various projects within the school of business that relate to the operation of the school of business, AACSB and ACBSP accreditations, and multiple graduate programs.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Duties:
Provide faculty support:
- Manage various administrative projects as needed.
Provide ACBSP and AACSB accreditation support:
- Assist with documentation of accreditation standards.
- Assist with maintaining comprehensive records and data associated with accreditation across multiple data platforms and academic programs.
- Run reports as requested.
- Assists with management of assessment activities.
- Work in collaboration with the Dean, the Associate Dean and the Department Chair to assist with various daily administrative projects.
Provide graduate-level program support to include, but not limited to:
- Assist graduate program coordinators/directors with graduate program handbooks:
- Ensure handbooks are updated
- Ensure handbooks remain in compliance with university policy
- Ensure handbook language is consistent on all media.
- Assist program coordinators/directors in maintaining plans of study:
- Update plans as students drop/withdraw/fail courses.
- Regularly communicate updated plans of study to all graduate students.
- · Assist program coordinators with orientation:
- Assist with maintenance of orientation sites
- Complete graduation applications and petition paperwork process.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Education, Experience
Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required (Masters degree is preferred).
Minimum of three years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid drivers license and the ability to meet insurance requirements for driving University owned, leased, or rented vehicles.

- Requires the ability to make recommendations that influence the budget.
- Requires the ability to use small office equipment, including copy machines or multi-line telephone systems.
- Requires the ability to meet deadlines, maintain the highest level of confidentiality and work in a positive team-oriented manner with a variety of people (students, faculty, staff, administrators and members of the public).
