Your Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and lead a motivated team of automotive sales professionals
- Mentor your team in best practices for securing deals while driving sales performance
- Establish sales goals, monitor progress, and inspire your team to achieve and exceed targets
- Oversee inventory management
- Provide Coaching and Training to fellow managers
- Collaborate directly with the General Manager
- Interpret and understand departmental accounting documents
- Uphold exceptional sales and customer service standards
- Ensure compliance with Volkswagen required standards
Ideal Qualifications
- Proven experience in dealership management
- Strong leadership abilities with a passion for developing team talent
- Energetic and enthusiastic presence throughout the sales workday
- Goal-oriented and friendly demeanor, especially in negotiations
- Detail oriented with sharp problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service, communication, computer and basic math capabilities
- Clean driving record with a valid Texas driver’s license
- Foundation knowledge of accounting principles
