Responsibilities
- Perform heavy truck and van upfitting tasks including installation of equipment, accessories, and modifications according to specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete installations.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on heavy trucks and vans to ensure proper functionality after upfitting.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the upfitting process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are safely stored.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and working with automotive components.
- Document all work performed and report any discrepancies or required repairs.
