Job Title: Controls Engineer
Location: Rochester Region
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000

We are looking for a Controls Engineer to be the sole expert in control systems at our plant in the Rochester region. Working with a team of chemical engineers, you will design, implement, and maintain Rockwell Automation systems (PLCs, SCADA, HMI) to ensure smooth plant operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Rockwell Automation control systems for plant operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues.
- Collaborate with chemical engineers to integrate control systems.
- Take ownership of controls infrastructure, optimizing performance and reliability.
- Conduct system upgrades, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience with Rockwell Automation systems (PLCs, SCADA, HMI).
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of control systems.
- Familiarity with chemical processes is a plus.
