A branch of a global building automation business in Boston is looking for a Lead HVAC Building Automation Technician to head up customer projects in Greater Boston. In this role you will be responsible for carrying out new installations in various building types, getting them up and running and commissioning the systems. You will need to be able to carry out in the field programming and train building maintenance teams on how to use the systems. As a lead technician you will be responsible for 3 technicians in the area, being a point of contact for them with issues and manage key relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in Building Automation
- Knowledge of Tridium Niagara and Johnson Controls' systems
- Able to carry out installation, service and commissioning of systems
- Knowledge of building infrastructure - Chillers, Condensers, Boilers, Furnaces etc
- Driver's License
