Growth Account Executive iSeek.ai is one part of a tech incubator specializing in AI and natural language technologies, delivering SaaS solutions across various industries including Education, Publishing, and Healthcare. The role involves developing innovative sales strategies and has a lot of room for growth. Why we need you: Your expertise in bringing new products to market are crucial to our success. As a hands-on team member, you will , take on various responsibilities and embrace the current market tested applications to develop a strategy to expand our approach in order to help us continue to grow our existing client base by being involved in cross-functional discussions and driving new innovative ideas. Your role is pivotal in driving innovation and excellence in our product. You will be part of a talented team of account executives and implementations specialists, fostering an environment of creativity and continuous improvement. Your contribution will ensure that we deliver top-notch customer service and improvements that keep our customers delighted and our platform ahead of the competition. Here’s what you’ll be doing: You will be at the heart of our sales efforts here on site in New Hope, PA. Increase usage of SaaS applications, Amped, Adaptix, Optix, Validify Develop and lead direct sales strategies Nurture existing and develop new customer relationships Collaborate with Marketing on messaging and campaigns Motivate and coach the sales team Ensure sales quotas and management objectives are met Analyze sales data to improve performance Manage customer account issues and report to VP Perform other assigned duties You need these qualifications: 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in software solutions BA or BS degree Experience with formal sales management processes It would be nice if: You’ve had formal training/certification in sales methodology You are energetic, tenacious, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills What we offer: We believe in taking care of our team.
