Property Manager - Kingsland, GA

Currently looking for a LIHTC Property Manager in Kingsland, Georgia for immediate hire.

This position is responsible for overseeing the management of an apartment community who operates under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. We are looking for someone to come on board and quickly learn the job, process applications both effectively and expeditiously, and be flexible to the demands of a fast paced job. This is an extremely demanding and detail oriented job. Regular working days are Monday through Friday and weekends & evenings as needed.

This position includes but is not limited to leasing activities, marketing, unit inspections, providing tenant services, light office cleaning, and extensive record keeping (both in hard copy and electronic versions).

We are looking for an organized individual with experience in customer service and general office skills. Housing experience a plus! Starting pay rate is determined by experience and interview.

• Must be detail oriented and deadline driven.
• Computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe PDFs, as well as the ability to learn cloud based data entry is required.
• Ability to be respectful and diplomatic with all socioeconomic groups.
• Must be able to handle all information confidentially and professionally.
• Employees must have a high degree of integrity, be skillful in listening to and communicating with others, be motivated by a desire to render service to others, and be capable of exercising individual initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
