Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement robust control frameworks to manage risks effectively.
Design and establish controls to address risks identified through risk assessments.
Perform comprehensive testing of controls to assess their effectiveness.
Stay informed on the latest payment regulations and ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure controls align with industry standards and best practices.
Prepare detailed reports on control testing outcomes and provide recommendations for enhancements.
Support the development and execution of audit plans and procedures.
Qualifications :
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and implementing control frameworks.
In-depth knowledge of payment regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience in control testing and evaluating the effectiveness of controls.
Prior experience in an audit firm is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within teams.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are preferred.
