Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Architect with extensive experience in designing and managing secure, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise, the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and experience in Salesforce architecture within public sector environments.
The Senior Salesforce Architect will define, execute, and measure business and technology solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud. The role involves aligning solutions with Enterprise Architecture, enhancing integration methods, and maintaining high-quality assurance and service levels. Additionally, the architect will ensure the architecture meets stakeholders' needs while balancing concerns such as security and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
- Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- Deliver solution architecture, functional design, and technical design.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses for effective solution design and planning.
Technology Strategy
Align solution architecture with business objectives and emerging technology trends.Define architectural standards to ensure consistency and strategic alignment.Provide guidance on adopting emerging technologies for future-proof solutions.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with developers, business analysts, and project managers to implement solutions successfully.Lead technical discussions and architecture reviews to meet project timelines.Mentor development teams and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.Integration & System Performance
Oversee system integration to deliver seamless user experiences.Monitor and optimize system performance for scalability and security.Ensure data integrity and reliability across integrated systems.Documentation & Governance
Maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and integration plans.Ensure adherence to governance processes and compliance with organizational standards.Risk Management & Security
Identify and mitigate architectural risks while ensuring security compliance.Conduct regular reviews to optimize the architecture and address improvement areas.Qualifications
Experience
15 years of experience in software development, solution design, or related roles.Proven expertise in designing and implementing large-scale solutions.Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Skills
In-depth knowledge of architectural frameworks, design patterns, and best practices.Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .NET) and databases (SQL / NoSQL).Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.Certifications (Preferred)
