Must have skills : Agile Coaching, Kanban, Programming knowledge (Capable), Scrum Master
Job Description : Need one 12 Years experienced strong PCEO with exp. in DotNet or Java
1. Understanding Product roadmap, Technical scope of the project
2. Ensure timely delivery for Scrum / Kanban teams
3. Setup all Agile ceremonies in the project
4. Effective in knowledge transfer from on-site to off-shore
5. Effectively engage the client on daily basis
6. Should be able to handle technical discussions with architects and propose improvement ideas
7. Should be effective communicator and present status updates to key stakeholders
8. Should be able to lead Thinking Breakthrough sessions to effectively solve business problems
