- Assess current Active Directory infrastructure and develop migration strategies to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define migration objectives.
- Design Active Directory infrastructure in line with best practices and client needs
- Build and Deploy AD in target environment
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Active Directory architecture, migration plans, and post-migration support processes.
- Design, plan, and execute the migration of users and computers to a new Active Directory environment.
- Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory services, including Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and replication.
- Implement security best practices to protect Active Directory infrastructure and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members involved in the migration project
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 12 years of experience working as an Active Directory Architect or similar role in an enterprise environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory architecture, including Forests, Domains, Sites, and Trusts.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory migration tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate, or similar are a plus.
