Assist the Property Manager in managing the day-to-day activities of the property, including administrative tasks and customer service. - Assist the property manager and manage lease renewals, ensuring maintaining accurate records. - Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the property is well-maintained and meets the highest standards. - Assist the property manager in maintaining the property's budget, ensuring that expenses are tracked and reported accurately. - - Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, demonstrating excellent conflict management skills. - Perform administrative support. - Utilize Yardi software to manage property data and reports, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. - Provide support to the Property Manager during the lease-up process, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation is complete. - Maintain a clean and organized office environment, with strong admin support to our team.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
