Service Delivery Expertise:
Vantage Recruiters requires a skilled Customer Service Representative III to provide top-notch support to our clients. In this role, you will interact with customers, answer their inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
Key Activities:
- Resolving customer complaints, processing orders, and providing product and service information.
- Delivering expert guidance on product and service operation and maintenance.
- Facilitating changes in services, processing orders, and addressing billing complaints.
- The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge gained from up to two years of relevant study, training, and experience.
- You will communicate effectively with customers via phone or in-person, gathering information and explaining available services.
- Rectify errors through diligent record-keeping and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Escalate product/service failure issues to the appropriate departments for thorough investigation.
- Maintain sales targets by soliciting new or additional services/products.
- Access credit records when necessary and visit customers' premises to address issues or obtain orders.
Essential Skills:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
