Vantagepoint ai, LLC is currently seeking an Accountant with experience utilizing Great Plains Accounting Software with a full understanding of Excel (including Pivot Tables). The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and detail-oriented organizational skills, possess good time management skills, be deadline driven and would like to work for a company where they are appreciated.

Job Requirements:
- Daily Revenue Reconciliation
- Handling all aspects of Accounts Payable
- Assist with Payroll
- Multiple Bank Reconciliations
- Cash Management
- Monthly Sales/Use tax filing
- Create and post journal entries
- Create and post accruals
- Handle the month-end close process including the accurate and timely recording of income and expenses
- Produce Financial Statements and supporting schedules
- Responsible for Fixed Asset Management
- Maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare various monthly reconciliations and schedules
- Inter-company balancing and reconciliation
- Assist with year-end close
- Perform a variety of special projects and impromptu reporting as needed
Experience:
- 4-year degree in accounting or finance
- 3-5 years of general ledger experience
- Great Plains Accounting Software experience preferred
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with Payroll and HR administration
- Excellent typing and 10 Key skills
- Ability to take initiative, learn quickly and problem solve
