Position Summary

Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Analyze financial data and trends to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting process by collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data. Contribute to the development of financial models for forecasting and business planning.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and support strategic decision-making. This includes variance analysis, cost analysis, and the evaluation of investment opportunities.
- Operational Support: Provide financial and analytical support for operational initiatives. Work closely with various departments and branches to understand their financial needs, assist in the development of solutions to meet those needs, and partner on managing to budget & forecast.
- Technology-Driven Solutions: Employ advanced financial software and technology tools to enhance financial reporting and analysis. Embracing the latest technological trends in financial tools and processes that can improve efficiency and effectiveness. Utilize and become an expert in our integrated tech stack systems and reporting tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience that includes relevant financial experience.
- Advanced MSOffice capabilities, with a high emphasis on Excel.
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail.
- Detailed and process driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and proactive approach to problem solving.
- Demonstrated interest in technology and its application in solving financial problems.
