Role Description

Client is seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic to join our team in Ivyland, PA. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for the maintenance, preventive maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and handling of heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fleet maintenance and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues.
• Troubleshoot diesel engines and other critical vehicle components.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure fleet reliability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and minimal downtime.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficiency in maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair.
• Experience with heavy equipment and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems.
• Certification in automotive technology or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
