Vape Shop Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our growing team! As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales experiences to customers, ensuring the facility is well-kept, and continuing to help the company grow. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the products we sell, a strong internal drive for growth and knowledge, and works well both independently and as a team.

Responsibilities
are as follows but are not limited to:

- Abide by all Federal and State laws and store policies
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions. Researching about products sold in down-time is a weekly, if not daily, task.
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently, handle money and make change accurately, & follow all money-related procedures and policies accordingly.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and conducting physical inventory counts. Management will also require help with rearranging of sections within the shop throughout the year.
- Work as a team with daily and weekly tasks of upholding a clean environment in both the front and back of the store.

Experience & Skills

- Experience working in a retail environment & experience handling money.
- Experience with POS systems and the ability to use them efficiently.
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to educate customers on products.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales goals, and contribute to the growth of the store while maintaining an up-beat and informative attitude.
- Displays initiative to help both the company and themselves grow.
- Must have base-knowledge of at least half of product categories we sell, depending on location

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.50 - $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 39 per week
