As Apple and Google prepare to transform how billions interact with technology through conversational AI, we're building the crucial infrastructure that lets developers bridge the gap between raw LLMs and production-ready voice applications. Our platform helps companies deploy, scale, and maintain voice experiences their customers actually want to use.Fresh off our Series A led by a premier Silicon Valley VC, we're a tight-knit team of 6 building something extraordinary in San Francisco. We're looking for a Founding Solutions Engineer to join us in-person and help shape not just our technical solutions, but our company culture.

Mission

As Founding Solutions Engineer, you'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge voice AI platform and the ambitious enterprises trying to revolutionize their customer experience. You'll thrive in the challenge of understanding complex business problems, prototyping creative solutions, and turning skeptics into champions. This role is perfect for someone who gets energy from context-switching between technical problem-solving and relationship building.

Outcomes

• Technical Solutions & Custom Implementations
  
  

Within 14 days, independently architect and present a solution for a complex enterprise use case By day 30, build and deploy your first custom integration combining our API with a client's systems

Create reusable solution templates that accelerate future implementations Turn client requirements into technical specifications our engineering team can execute on

• Client Success & Relationship Building
  
  

Lead technical discovery calls and provide innovative solutions to enterprise problems Build proof-of-concepts that showcase the platform's capabilities in client-specific contexts

Develop trusted advisor relationships with technical decision-makers at key accounts Drive adoption through hands-on support and proactive solution recommendations

Gather and synthesize client feedback to influence our product roadmap Create technical content including implementation guides and sample applications

Build internal tools to streamline the solutions delivery process Present monthly insights to the product team based on client implementation patterns

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineer, implementation engineer, technical consultant)
• Strong coding abilities in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and modern cloud architecture
• Track record of leading technical implementations with enterprise clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bonus: Experience with voice technologies, LLMs, or conversational AI
• Bonus: Experience with enterprise integration patterns and authentication systems
