What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Sales Consultant position at Vara Chevrolet?
We are looking for highly motivated, mature and positive professionals to sell both new ans used vehicles. Previous car sales experience is not required. We will pair you with one of our veteran sales consultants for on the job training.

Requirements
- Must be 21 to meet the minimum insurance requirement
- Able to work Monday thru Saturday with one day off during the week

Clean driving record with a valid non-suspended driver’s license

Responsibilities

Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life

Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses

Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies

Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles

Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business

Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations

Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Maintain a high CSI and take care of your guests daily.
- Update your CRM tool daily
- Responsible for prospecting and setting appointments daily
