Responsibilities will include:
-Opening and setting up for service
-Greeting guests, answering phone calls, and assisting in events as needed
-Selling, serving and describing flights of wine and spirits
-Selling, making and serving cocktail
-Serving food in an upscale-casual setting
-Maintaining top-notch product knowledge
-Operating retail bottle sales
-Signing up new wine club members
-Cleaning, sweeping/mopping, restocking, and resetting for the next day
-Providing superior customer service and forging lasting relationships with guests
-Having an open schedule to pick up events outside of scheduled shifts
Requirements:
-21 years of age or older
-Alcohol server permit and food handler’s certificate
-1 years experience working in a tasting room OR restaurant with diverse wine list
-Strong ability to speak confidently about wines & spirits, or willingness to learn
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be on feet for 8 hour shifts

Starting Wage: $10.00 an hour plus tips
