Candidate must have exceptional experience with front desk management (preferably in a medical setting), insurance billing, scheduling, answering phones, and much more.

We are looking for a Front Desk Manager to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will be the first face our patients see when they walk through the door making a good attitude and friendly smile a requirement for this position! It is your responsibility to ensure that every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed, heard, and valued. Our Front Desk Manager’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. This means answering phones, taking payment & rescheduling patients as they leave, checking insurance on a regular basis, helping assist our doctors with any administrative paperwork they need. Our Front Desk Manger has to be able to handle a fast paced environment and quickly be able to adapt to any situation on the fly. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. To be successful as a Front Desk Manager, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and provide them with superb customer service.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Verify Patient Insurance
- Take Payment and Schedule outgoing patients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or relevant qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong knowledge of technology as 90% of your work is on the computer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
