Role Overview
The IT Support Technician provides dedicated internal technical support for our growing team. This role ensures smooth operations by managing our IT infrastructure, supporting internal users, and maintaining company hardware and software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hardware and operating system troubleshooting support
- Deliver software support for key vendors (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.)
- Set up and maintain employee workstations and equipment
- Manage asset and inventory tracking for company/client assets
- Configure and manage HubSpot CRM for company needs
- Train and support staff on HubSpot functionality
- Track, assign and resolve tickets within IT ticketing system
- Act as IT liaison between operations, accounting, sales and product development teams
- Ensure security compliance for company systems and devices
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using IT ticketing systems.
- Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in IT Support role
- Experience with Office 365 systems
- HubSpot certification or administration experience
- Strong XLSX experience
- Experience with Transact-SQL a plus
- Degree in technology-related discipline
- Healthcare or SaaS industry experience
