Associate, Investor Relations
Variant is looking for a resourceful candidate for a position as an Associate in Investor Relations. The specific responsibilities are detailed below.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing, crafting and auditing the complete suite of marketing collateral including factsheets, presentations, due diligence questionnaires, data room, quarterly updates
- Manage the email marketing campaign process and serve as the expert of the email marketing platform
- Manage the completion of custom client and prospect requests as well as completion of custom due diligence questionnaires
- Build out automated marketing deliverables to streamline the production process
- Manage the maintenance of data submitted to third party databases
- Manage client and prospect database within firm’s CRM (Salesforce) system
- Creative utilization of CRM (Salesforce) for managing client and prospect deliverables and outreach
- Assist with lead generation across national markets
- Lead the onboarding and maintenance of direct accounts as well as relationships with third party platforms including managing additional selling agreements
- Assist on investor relations calls through participation and documentation
- Prepare investor relations materials and participate in weekly investment committee calls
