Responsibilities
The HRBP is responsible for supporting strategic and day-to-day HR functions:
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for U.S. operations
- Design and implement retention strategies and employee engagement initiatives
- Serve as a key advisor to management regarding performance management
- Support compensation planning and benefit administration
- Act as the U.S. liaison for global learning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and industry-specific standards
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role, preferably in manufacturing
- Experience with HRIS platforms and Learning Management Systems
