Responsibilities
The Sr/Controls Process Engineer is responsible for developing, validating, and implementing new manufacturing process technology innovation:
- Secure machine KPI improvement for reduced cost
- Introduce new manufacturing process capability
- Ensure sufficient process capacity
- Recommend alternative design solutions as needed
- Support the development of process flow, equipment, tooling, and check fixture designs
- Travel 20-50%, primarily within the North American region
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or related technical field
- 3 years as an engineer in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Application of closed-loop process control enablers
- Proficiency in project management principles
- PLC and robot programming
