Position Overview:
This full-time position provides technical support, logistics and systems administration for a technology driven commercial printer. The primary function of the role is assisting staff with their day-to-day technology needs, trouble ticket resolution, and assistance with logging and documentation.
- Provide exemplary first response troubleshooting for all hardware, software, and network related issues.
- Software & hardware installation.
- New user provisioning
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Phone System Administration
- Security Systems Administration
- Mobile Device Management
- Printer Management
- Provide staff training on software, hardware, policies and procedures.
- Maintain logs and reporting of technology assets and compliance.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases.
- Occasional off-hours work may be required.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Preferred 2 years related experience of IT support and administration in a corporate setting.
- High-level proficiency with Windows 11, Microsoft Office and iOS.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Working knowledge of networking infrastructure and Windows Server
- Able to lift 40 lbs
- Strong customer service skills.
- Able to effectively and clearly communicate technical information to non-technical users.
