What are the responsibilities and job description for the AP Specialist (Contract) position at (various)?
Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for two Accounts Payable Specialists to fulfill an immediate six month contract role that is fully onsite in Franklin, TN.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Full cycle accounts payable duties to include: coding and entering invoices, vendor management, etc. with a strong level of customer service
- Processing 75-150 invoices daily and reviewing for accuracy; coding to the correct account; entering into the system
- Utilizing Oracle and Excel daily
- Responding to vendor issues as needed and reconciling vendor statements
- Ad hoc accounts payable duties as assigned
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 2 years of full cycle AP experience
- Oracle experience a PLUS or another cloud-based system
- Excel Skills: Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS
- Ability to quickly hop into a role and learn processes
