Migration Process Manager
Duties
The Product Delivery team designs and deploys the systems, tools, and processes needed to migrate acquired customers and their data to the client platform; our goal is to accelerate the migration journey and provide an overall exceptional experience for our internal and external customers.
As a member of the Product Delivery team, you'll play a key role in the execution phase of our current initiative.
What you'll do
- Document end-to-end workflow for new or changing processes
- Load customer data into migration tool
- Write and execute test plans and analyze results
- Report bugs and work with development team to resolve
- Use data to track progress and assess opportunities for process improvement
- Triage issues and analyze to determine next steps
- Provide internal support to stakeholders
- Lead collaborative project team meetings to drive progress
- Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders
