Job Description:
Sorting of inbound USPS and inter-office mail and packages for a publicly held company.
Hand collating printed materials and hand stuffing the printed pieces into envelopes.
Interacting with internal "customers" and department representatives for mailing and shipping requests.
Occasional cash handling for personal customer mailings/shipments.
Distribution of mail/packages to various locations on the corporate campus using a mail cart.
Operating a postage meter to apply postage to outbound mail.
Utilize FedEx Ship Manager software for shipping requests.
Staging of inter-office mail and packages for courier pick up to other company locations.
Windows-based computer use for verifying mail recipients in corporate directory.
Computer use for email (Outlook) correspondence and some required training courses.
Considerable time spent walking & standing.
Other duties as needed.
