Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail sales, Agricutural parts, possess excellent organizational skills, and be proficient in cash handling.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products or services
- Assist in inventory management and restocking merchandise
Qualifications:
- Must have extensive Ag knowledge and mechanical knowledge.
- Must be able to have a conversation with a customer and navigate the conversation to find the part or parts the customer needs.
- Prior experience in Agricultural sales or automotive parts is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of sales management principles is a plus
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Proficiency in Excel for data entry and reporting
