Business Operations Specialist
- Develop and implement a set of techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software;
- Visualize, interpret, and report data findings;
- Create dynamic data reports;
- Analyze data and perform root cause analyses to derive insights and identify business strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and trends;
- Use data to inform, influence, and support decision making regarding territory alignment and resource allocation;
- Handle data integrity across internal databases and spearhead clean-up initiatives as needed;
- Support Varonis’ primary strategic operations by building operational plans and processes, setting goals, tracking progress, and creating and maintaining cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success;
- Establish, manage, and report operational cadences for Vice Presidents, including sales pipeline reviews and forecasts, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and annual planning cycles;
- Work on projects and report on issues throughout a projects’ life cycle; and,
- Provide Tier 1 CRM technical support to internal users while researching and disseminating Salesforce best practices.
- Requires Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience.
