As Supply Chain Data Management Director, you will have a transformative opportunity to lead and shape our organization's Master Data strategy. Reporting to the Vice President – SAP and Vendor Management, you will oversee the data quality process to enable execution of the S&OP cycle. Your role will be pivotal in driving strategically aligned business goals, making a significant impact on our organization and customers by ensuring operational excellence, strategic alignment, and exceptional customer experience.

This job operates in a professional office environment. Largely a sedentary role with some filing requiring the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary. The ability to sit or stand for long periods through meetings and while operating office equipment, PC’s, laptop, telephone will be required.

What You Will Do
- Provide direction and leadership to Data Quality Team
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing data team, fostering their growth and creating a talent pipeline for the organization
- Work cross-functionally, aligning strategic planning, finance, supply chain, sales, marketing and product development into a unified data model to make proactive business tradeoff and improvement decisions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure operational alignment and support business growth
- Oversee the development and implementation of data strategies to optimize inventory levels, meet customer demand, and enable executional excellence across the supply chain
- Drive the Master Data Management process, increasing shared understanding of key business drivers, and optimizing business decisions for improved financial and operational performance
- Ensure that all data management practices comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
- Monitor and analyze key data quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance data quality and customer satisfaction
- Identify potential risks related to data management and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure the quality and integrity of data provided by third-party sources
- Oversee the integration of new data management technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline, and innovation, driving a mindset of excellence and agility across the operations teams

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, IT, systems engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in driving process optimization, and implementing scalable solutions
- Minimum 5 years of experience successfully building and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
- Proficiency in data management tools and working with commercial master data solutions; SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems
- Experience with system implementations is preferred
- Experience in change management to effectively lead data management transformations
