What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aerospace Sub-assembly Technician position at Varstaff?
Varstaff is currently searching for an Aerospace Sub-assembly Technician for several positions in Merritt Island.
This role will be responsible for setting up equipment, troubleshooting, repair, integration of the hardware and light material handling. HANDS ON HARDWARE, PRECISION TOOLING, torque wrenches, tool control, past industry sub-assembly, clean room assembly and tool assembly are all required for this role.
Integrated mechanic role, tool control and expertise in hand tools & procedures to document the work with following documentation.
Basic computer skills, calibrated tools or specialized tools is desired as well as an AMP certification.
This is more of a sub-assembly role than a structures background.
Bonus = prior military experience & aerospace background.
