The deliverables for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
STUDIO Product Support
- Participates in or observes classes to provide feedback for driving a best-in-class STUDIO product offering
- Compiles assessment data, identifies trends and gaps, and helps leverage insights to help the Fitness Product and Fitness Operations teams improve the member experience
- Calls out and analyzes trends in STUDIO Coach/Instructor quality, class attendance, and product delivery
- Sets expectations, provides direct feedback to Coaches/Instructors, and gives clear direction to GFSTLs and GMs on next steps.
- Personally attends STUDIO classes and uses VASA Class Assessment tools to identify "rockstar coaches" and areas of opportunity to improve the STUDIO member experience in each of the Utah clubs
- Ensures equipment in each STUDIO space is organized, clean, and in working order by partnering with the GFSTL
- Use member survey results along with personal assessment and GFSTL assessment data to guide improvement of Coach/Instructor quality
- Reviews past classes via camera footage to assist in identification of excellence or gaps in delivery. Assists GFSTL in fine-tuning STUDIO schedule for optimal member usage based on member survey results and club traffic. In addition to class counts, this includes looking at STUDIO membership growth trends in each club to help determine classes to add or remove from schedule
- Provides clear and concise STUDIO experience feedback to the Product Team for each club in Utah.
- Compiles assessments into executive summary format for Executive Leadership Team to drive decision-making around product improvements and best practices to be implemented in clubs
- Coaches GFSTLs to better deliver quarterly STUDIO Trainings and helps identify potential new STUDIO Coaches/Instructors
- Well-versed in all STUDIO Products and can deliver trainings when needed to support the Fitness Product Team. Serves as a backup Myzone Programmer for STUDIO RED workout input
- Ability to clearly communicate information to Executive Leadership Team, Fitness Product Team, Regional Directors, District Managers, GMs and GFSTLs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- 2 years of experience teaching boutique fitness classes
- 1 year of management experience preferred
- Current nationally-accredited Group Fitness or Personal Training Certification required
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work-experience preferred
- Personal interest in health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition
- 30% of travel out of state, ability to travel by car and airplane, and work on weekends
