Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Nurse Practitioner role located in Chattanooga, TN. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing comprehensive and quality healthcare services to patients. This includes performing patient assessments, developing care plans, and providing patient education and treatment. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Tennessee
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a Master's degree in nursing or a related field
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a recognized professional organization (e.g. ANCC, AANP)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting, with experience in vascular disease management preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
