Project Manager – Full-time

Responsibilities & Primary Functions
- Project Planning & Oversight
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and milestones from project award through completion using our Project Management Software (Wrike).
- Track project progress, monitor deliverables, and ensure that all parties remain aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Permitting & Compliance
- Prepare and submit permit applications and documentation.
- Coordinate and manage permit inspections across various counties.
- Procurement & Resource Management
- Collaborate with the engineering and purchasing team to confirm material selections, verify order quantities, and ensure timely purchasing.
- Manage vendor relationships to guarantee on-time delivery of materials.
- Team Coordination
- Schedule and oversee field installations by liaising with customers, the shop manager, and field teams.
- Resolve project-related issues quickly and effectively to maintain momentum and customer satisfaction.
- Project Closeout
- Ensure all project punch lists are completed, final documentation is issued, and client acceptances are obtained.
- Conduct final profit-and-loss reporting for projects.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure overall project success.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support company goals and objectives.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent experience (4 years in project management) will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 4–5 years of project management experience, preferably in the elevator, or construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Monday, Asana).
- Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings is a plus.
- QuickBooks experience preferred.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Hours: 7am – 4pm, Mon – Fri (Fridays are remote workdays).
- Occasional site visits required.
- Starting salary: $60,000–$75,000/year, commensurate with experience.
