About the Role
VASL is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales efforts in the USA. Your sole focus will be making sales calls, generating leads, and booking meetings with decision-makers. If you are aggressive on the phone, comfortable with parallel dialing, and experienced with Apollo.io, this role is for you.
Preference for candidates with a strong American accent to ensure effective communication with U.S. prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make high-volume cold calls daily to generate leads.
• Use Apollo.io and other sales tools for outreach.
• Qualify leads and book appointments with decision-makers.
• Follow up on prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Consistently hit and exceed sales call and meeting targets.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of SDR experience in B2B sales.
• Strong knowledge of Apollo.io, parallel dialing, and CRM tools.
• Proven track record of hitting sales call targets.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in outsourcing, BPO, or back-office services is a plus.
