Skills: DB2 UDB/LUW database environment, HOTS turnover plan, Data Services - Data replication, reporting, adhoc query support, data correction, CDC/IIDR change tracking

Must have:

DB2 UDB/LUW Database Expertise Strong knowledge of DB2 Universal Database (UDB) for Linux, UNIX, and Windows (LUW).
Physical Database Design & Optimization Experience in database/table/object/index/view/trigger/package/procedure creation and optimization.
Performance Tuning & Query Optimization Ability to monitor and optimize query performance, index strategies, and database tuning.
Stored Procedures & Triggers Proficiency in writing and tuning stored procedures, triggers, and complex queries.
Data Replication & Change Data Capture (CDC/IIDR) Experience with data replication strategies and change tracking solutions.
Database Backup, Recovery, and Disaster Recovery (DR) Strong understanding of backup strategies, disaster recovery planning, and data archiving.
Database and OS Upgrades Experience transitioning between different database versions, DBMS, or OS upgrades.
Security & Access Control Expertise in setting up and managing security roles, authentication, and authorization.
System & Application Support Experience supporting application development teams with database designs and changes.
DB2 Utilities & SSIS Support Familiarity with DB2 utilities, reorganization strategies, and integration services (SSIS).
