- Operational Management:
- Ensure the dealership operates efficiently and effectively, meeting all performance metrics and standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and tracking vehicles.
- Implement and maintain dealership policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and manufacturer guidelines.
- Financial Performance:
- Develop and manage the dealership's budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Oversee the preparation of regular financial reports for ownership/management review.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Drive sales performance through effective marketing and promotional strategies, ensuring competitive positioning in the market.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Work with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales processes.
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a dealership or retail environment is preferred. (5-7 years experience)
- Strong understanding of inventory management practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
- Demonstrated proficiency in public speaking and effective communication skills.
- Experience in sales support roles is advantageous for driving business growth.
